A minimum of 5 sessions is required.
Life Coaching
Life coaching is best for those facing personal hurdles or going through a highly stressful time in their lives. Tailor made to the client’s needs and focus.
We will work with functional tools that can be built into daily habits to create and feel positive change. Some examples of areas we can work on include relationships, self identity, personal growth.
A minimum of 5 sessions is ​required.
Sandra's Journey
Using self compassion and being kind to ourselves as a tool for growth
Kind Mind Coaching was born out of Sandra's personal experience of how self compassion and practicing intention and kindness to herself transformed her life and her goals.

After working for 10+ years in the tech start up space, managing teams across the SE Asia region. In 2020 just as the pandemic started, mental & physical burn out and a toxic workplace drove Sandra to take some time off to focus on her mental health & wellbeing. Through her own experience of working with a life coach, she realized the importance of self compassion and practicing kindness to our minds. Changing the way we speak to ourselves and our inner dialogue inspired Sandra to help others who feel the same way.
The foundation of Kind Mind Coaching is built from Sandra's passion of helping clients be kinder and more compassionate to themselves especially through challenging periods of change or stress. Coaching sessions with Sandra is focused on using everyday tools and techniques that can be easily incorporated into daily life to shift your mindset and ultimately how kindly we speak to our own minds.
The Kind Mind approach is deeply rooted in the belief that when we're kind to ourselves, our journey and our mind, we are better versions of ourselves in all areas of our lives.
